We want you to absolutely love your US Pop Tees order. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unworn and unwashed
In original condition with tags attached
In original packaging (if applicable)

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We're happy to help with exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
